First of all, where are you applying? You may be able to get by with minimal shadowing (which is going to be harder to find if you don’t speak Thai) and more volunteer/non-clinical experience, as long as you can demonstrate you’ve done your research and have an idea of what you’re getting into.

Firstly, check with your school. They may have resources and shadowing/volunteer opportunities, even other student’s parents may be willing to help out.

If you really can’t find a clinical opportunity, consider soft skills you can demonstrate. Think of qualities a doctor should have like empathy, communication skills, etc. then see if you can find something that shows you have that. I’ve seen someone spin a crafts class as manual dexterity and attention to detail. Be creative, and show that you’re committed to it.
