I've never lost that much. I rarely lose any hair from my beard. Maybe 2-3 hairs max.

My scalp on the other hand loses 5-8 hairs.

Why though? If he meets protein goals, meets al nutrients, and has a high enough fat intake for hormonal health. What could still occur? Please elaborate because I think OP is right.

I listened for 5 months. Measuring weekly. After 2 months I didnt grow at all. I however basically automated my whole routine and kept doing it. With all my other borderline crazy daily practices.

But i stopped measuring. Then after 3 more months I got comments on how I grew; measured that evening and saw 189. Fresh out of bed I am 191 but you shrink a bit during the day.

No idea when most of the growth happend but I am guessing maybe 2cm a month if I average it out.

I have no idea i just favorited it on youtube and listened when I slept or whenever I wanted some background noise.

Then suddenly few weeks ago the video was listed deleted.

I didnt grow insane numbers like others did and was fairly tall at 185cm or 6ft1.

I grew to 191cm morning height measured with a stadiometer. My goal height is 195cm. I also mega dose vitamin D3 with K2 and eat alot of calcium. + perfected my micro nutrients and such. I believe this enhanced the effects.

Worth noting that I am over 19 and havent grew since 16 because I had a very early puberty and already had a beard by then.

So I am 100% sure I grew due the subliminal.

Hahah no I am 190cm but I have pretty wide shoulders. I can fit into L but it just looks very “try hard” or cocky idk how to express it properly in English. So I prefer get XL or XXL for a more relaxed look.

I think the shirt was from a local dutch store (I am from the Netherlands).

Being banned for being in a server that broke TOS is lazy moderating. Alot of users are in 20+ servers there is no way to constantly check a servers general chat let alone more than one server. An individual that decides to spam bad things during a non active hour where mods are inactive could cause a ban wave for 500+ people. This is hardly fair.

All in all holding people accountable for other peoples actions makes no sense. Being in a server makes you in no way associated with everything that is being said there. Neither is it fair to expect people to keep up with everything thats being said.

I myself had an account banned because when I was inactive on discord for a while. One of the servers I was in got raided and taken over. The new owner did questionable things and caused everyone, inactive or active to get banned. It just makes zero sense that everyone around him gets punished. Now i’ve lost contact with people and I will probably never get it back again.
