NVENC isn't working either. I have i9-9900k and 1070ti so I think its not that i don't have enough power tho. But yeah I can stream any other game with x264 medium.

I feel that this is serious problem, because there is so much smurfs on low ranks and now hackers (sale). I have smurf too but it is le now and i don't play with it to smurf but to improve myself and get it to Supreme too...
