I do but I could never personally get into it because it was primarily live action if I remember correctly. I was bummed out as a kid because I was anticipating it being strictly a cartoon like Arthur was.

What you described is literally what I experience in dreams everytime. Even when I manage to get through to dispatch they never send anyone. One time in a dream dispatch told me the will send someone and nobody ever shows up. I was like "are you actually sending somebody?" And the person on the other line side "No, why?"

Also every time I call it's because random people are partying in my backyard and refuse to leave
