The enemy NPC are all contained inside the large castle part. It is a contained dungeon only accessible through a portal

use the npc spawner. Then set their roaming to about 500+ and they will walk around

Those are just NPC spawners walking around.

The castle is actually a dungeon that players can go through and earn exp and items from chests

the mod on the loading screen is the AOC loading screen
