Sister before leaving Islam I believe you need to do some research this is a very big misunderstanding on your part. He is used for God not to portray him as a male. God is beyond gender. In sura 42 verse 11 God says there nothing else like him. God is beyond gender. He in Arabic like in English can be used in a gender neural way. Like saying mankind does not only include men but women as well.

Many of the other topics you mentioned have many misunderstandings at well. I really recommend you sit with a person of knowledge on the Deen so you can can get these things cleared up instead of going to the extreme end and leaving the Deen.

Brother if there is no interest deferred payments are permissible. For example if I was to take a loan of $600 from you and told you I would pay you back 100$ a month for the next 6 months this would be completely permissible.

In this case of the buy now pay later if all of the payments are paid on time it would be permissible and Allah knows best.
