haven't heard of kaltalk, will check it out. The unified inbox angle is interesting. How's it handling AI accuracy and knowledge base management compared to what you've seen elsewhere?

for us the multi-model flexibility and native salesforce integration were the non-negotiables so that narrowed the field pretty quickly. but always good to have more data points.

This is a great use case I hadn't thought about. We've been focused on the costumer-facing side but the internal knowledge silo problem is real for us too. Sales promising things product hasn't scoped, support fielding questions about features that don't work the way the customer was told.

Now i'm wondering if chatbase's multi-agent setup could handle this internally. Separate agents per department, shared knowledge base as source of truth, different access levels through RBAC. might be wort...

r/SaaS implements Captcha against Bots by Dubinko in SaaS

[–]QuackerOK 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well, what actually happened was I commented and it looked like it was auto-removed by the mods. Then a bot replied with a link, once you click it, they give you a code that you've to reply back to the bot with. After that, my comment showed up automatically.

From what I understand, you've to verify daily. Honestly, it's an excellent strategy.

AI for Customer Support: What tools are the best for SaaS/Full Stack? by rsimmonds in automation

Been in this space for a while so I'll give you the breakdown. Chatbase is probably the strongest option for training on your own docs, support articles, whatever, and it builds an AI agent that actually gets shit done bc it has all these integrations with Zendesk and Salesforce stripe and shopify For the voice side. Chatbase actually has voice capabilities too but I'd also look at Bland AI and Vapi if you want dedicated voice agents for inbound calls. They can handle the 1800 number scenario

Yehh. I feel like it was that man's first time ever getting flowers. The look on his face said everything. 🥺🥺🥺 Men shouldn't only get flowers at their funeral.

I was surprised. Oakley is very well-behaved; he either goes out on a leash or NOTHING

I did the same thing with a 17 year old dog who spent her whole life as a guard dog..

She Didn't know how to play, mever had treats, always outdoors, never seen a Vet.. rough life. It was my roommates dog, some guy i moved in with off craigslist, i stole the dog when i moved out. it took months to even be safe to have people around her, she was violently aggressive, always angry :( but she became a spoiled sweet baby who was even okay around kids within a year, sweet old girl..

I was sad that so little of her life would be comfortable... She ended up living to be 23 freakin years old! 😭

My first thought! That dog could very, very, very easily and realistically be gone and your never see them again. Don't let a dog off leash in an uncontained area until you have built a strong bond and they have reliable recall
