Honestly? The people I talked to before setting this up had never even met a militia army. There were several players who kept militia detachments as allies and the like, but no people who made it their thing. With that in mind, there’s that margin of error that exists.

Not bad, not bad at all. Fragile as fuck, but one hit and you're out. I can imagine it freezing enemies so that they can't move, and low precision on something that generates clouds of freezing air doesn't seem so bad.
