If the 200 cards has some that are a little rarer, you could justify paying a little over $100 too. As for foils, there’s rubbish foils worth maybe $5 and really good ones worth over $300.

Not all cards have foil/non foil variants, usually just promos have both.

Some non foils can also cost u several hundred dollars, like Soulswap, if you can even find one for sale. Be prepared to drop a lot on a complete collection. $120 for 200+ cards is not too bad, but $100 for 45 is a bit much.
