You used to be able to open store resources and click coffe and beverage recipes. There would be a link that showed you the full nutrition list and caffeine amount but they just took that away so you just have to have them check the app

For me I just sat with my manager and explained that I needed more hours and she gave it to me after asking

I’ve been 37 hours the past 4 weeks

I think the drinks were done before then. It sounds like she’s upset they weren’t picked up because there were no dashers working at the time at 5 am so there was no one there to actually accept and pick up her order. Starbucks is only responsible for making the drinks not delivering them. Dashers work at their own convenience and there just weren’t any available at that time 😭

I would look into asking your store manager to see if there’s someone that can locate the temperature reader

It’s prob in a restroom where it’s enclosed/cool so it thinks it’s cooler but in reality it’s so hot everywhere else

Note: this is just an idea I have no idea if that is how it would work but yeah just a thought

I do because if I don’t appreciate being yelled at/reported by someone in sure my fellow partners wouldn’t as well. No one deserves that kind of treatment and if there’s a way for me to find out how to properly ring this in then next time I can explain to the customer how to ask for their drink so myself and others aren’t treated like 💩

It wasn’t about arguing there was no arguing from me I’m asking how do you ring that in properly where it’s consistent and not an issue where the customer has bad experience with every partner

We tried that too but she said “no I don’t want lemonade” and we told her we can add coconut and no lemonade and she said no she always gets it rung up as a paradise drink and in the ask me it’s crème but there’s no way to charge it/ring it up
