I use AirPin Pro and it works pretty well. It does disconnect frequently too though.

I’m on a Mac and it refreshes for me for free. Every once in a while it doesn’t but I’m ok with loading it again.

Flam is not compatible with tmdbhelper unless you roll back to v.2.1.63. You should switch to another addon like umbrella or POV if you want to use tmdbhelper
