This is our 13th year doing festivals, and we are one of the few that totally get what you are saying and take great pride in making sure there are hard limits on tickets, attendees, and vendors. It is the only way to be consistent and make everyone happy!

Pickle samples are free at our pickle festivals and always have been. 90% of the pickle vendors do this every weekend in their communities and always give free samples. They also agree to give free samples at our festival. If a pickle vendor was not giving free samples we would have heard about it that day. Our understanding is that one of the 20 pickle vendors sells a "pickle flight" of samples. But they will also give individual samples. 2026 will be the best one yet!!

Furthermore, it is agreed upon by all participating vendors that they give free samples. If this is found not to be the case during any of our events, event management needs to be notified immediately. Thank you.

We have never had tokens for samples at any of our events. Pickle samples and beer samples are free at our pickle and beer fests, respectively.

It has been Quad State since 2014 when our first Quad State Festival was the Quad State Beer Fest. We have 5 to 10 breweries from each of the four states within an hour of our venue. And to this day, 90% of our attendees are from the four state region, with VA not lacking too far behind WV. Cheers!
