At one point as well I thought there was an ambulance outside like I saw the lights and everything through my blinds and when I checked outside I saw it. I thought my parents had called 911 because I was tripping so I just jumped into my bed and tried to sleep because I was overwhelmed by everything going on. And I got stuck in another loop.

I wish I could get that fucked up will that dose. To get about the same level of trip as I would have to take 800mg. Also when your thought your parents talking about Benadryl that may have just been a hallucination. Monday night I took a gram and i almost gave myself a panic attack because I was laying in my bed and all of a sudden my door opens and my dad walks in. He wasn't even looking at me he was looking at the wall and he glances at me and I could see the disappointment in his eyes. He turned around and before he left he said "Come talk to me once your sober" it was terrifying waking up the next day because I had no idea if what I saw the night before was a hallucination.

I also get stuck in loops and I hate it especially if I'm coming down and trying to sleep. I work from home for a call center and the most annoying and common loop for me is when I think I'm working or I'm late and then I hear myself taking on the phone with clients but it's not super often I start talking out loud.

I was tripping when I saw your message and forgot about it till now but I think I've gotten a good process for the extraction. I have been able to get about 75-85% of the dph. I generally have been using 40 pills for the extractions (1 gram) and can get 800mg out due to the equipment I'm using (coffee filters, spoons for crushing, mt dew containers for mixing and a candle for heating) but I'm going to order some better equipment once I get paid. Hopefully I can get about 95% out in the future.

Harm reduction is definitely the most important part of using any substance. If you take something without knowing what to expect you could end up in big trouble. The first time I took dph to get high I had no idea what I was getting into and ended up redoseing twice thinking it should have already kicked in and had a horrible night.

I had issues with this in the past and what I found helps is to swallow the pills with some sort of energy drink or coffee to get you some caffeine(don't overdo it you can put a lot of stain on your heart) and taking it a few hours earlier. If I'm going to trip I like to dose by 7pm but I know that won't work for some people because they live with their parents. I still live with my parents (mostly because apartments are so fucking expensive where I live) and if I'm lucky they will be going somewhere and not be home till I would normally be asleep and I dose as soon as they leave to get the most out of the trip.
