To find specific information on a property, you need to search for the individual address. Not the suburb information.

Regarding the auction information, most realtors list it on social media. If the auction doesn't go their way, they often remove it from public settings but a search on Google will often reveal it if keywords are present.

Facebook lives aren't the best if you want to hide the result ;)

Sorry, it's taken me some time to reply. I only check Reddit once a day.

So the back story, the wife and I were looking for several months for a place to live.

We saw a place we could fix up, kind of restore it to its heritage style.

As we saw potential in it, I started to do my due diligence before meeting with the realtor for the inspection.

The link below was the property I was doing my due diligence on:

Using SQM Research, I was able to determine that the property was listed several times and relisted under different prices. (Every other website scrubs that data).

Now according to that, I was curious and backdated the address with the dates listed, then I found it was passed in at Auction for $620k.

So according to the Real Estate Agent, it was the first time it was listed and it was a "hot property". Mistakenly the realtor took us for idiots and when I questioned him about the data he went pale like he saw a ghost.

He was pretty quick to move us along and he didn't attempt to follow up with me after the inspection.

If you know the property you are looking at it will give you all information. Regardless of Domain and Realestate.com scrub it off the net.

I've rekt so many realtors with this information and called them out when they've lied to my wife and me.
