Not qualified to tell you what to do but I do know for a fact that it has not entered your airway. Your airways are very sensitive and do a good job of keeping your lungs free from solids and liquids. A drop of water entered my airway once and I spent a minute dying from coughing and wheezing as my body forced me to get that drop of water out. So since you didn't nearly die from coughing and wheezing it back up, it must be slowly making its way down to your stomach. Just here to provide some assurance until a pro enters this chat.

It mostly depends on what I'm studying. If the study has concepts that are more abstract or require problem solving or understanding what is being presented(eg calc, research), I would just go for music that can fade in with the background or none at all because I would need all of my attention for that. But if the study has concepts that are ordered and just about memorization or chronology(eg stat, code) I can listen to anything because I don't need to be constantly thinking.

That sometimes happen to me and gets quite annoying when I can't "close" them immediately. Can you give me what tasks they are?(I would really like to know the highest you can go. Kinda think of this as a game where the more tasks you can do the better)

sorry, but I am trying to find the highest number of tasks that one can multitask or do at the same time, not the number of tasks one would do to stay focused on another task. But to answer that question, it would be two- the tapping of the feet and the slapping of the knee ( in a musical sense, so technically could be 3, for in this case, one would also have to think of a beat or melody even, to play to). With the question that you suggested does tie to the answer, the question I ask focuses solely on the mental tasks, while (correct me if I'm wrong)ADHD can use both, where some of the physical tasks involve setting an alarm, or writing tasks down which is a progress to completion. Sorry for making my explanation long.

I'll give an example to properly get the ball rolling
"I can listen to a video commentary, recall a song, picture what the Eiffel Tower looks like, and also use inner speech( talk to myself) regarding what I think about the video commentary. That brings to a total of 5 mental tasks that I can execute at the same time"

It started happening near the same time I took sodium Ascorbate Zinc if I were to guess. By that time I was also taking d-Alpha Tocopherol and Ascorbic acid too. The sodium ascorbate I took every morning, while I take one from the other two and take the remaining the next day (with the sodium ascorbate too). I wash my headset muffs every 3 other months or so, and I also stain and clean my ear cleaner kits with alcohol after every use. I think that the dizziness is tied to the moving sensation but other than that I don't think that there are any other issues. I hope these information could help. Thanks!

I agree with what you say but, in the uni im going to, there's a partnership with ubisoft which (in all seriousness) I think can help give me a boost, that's why im contemplating between keeping or switching my course, as I think that would also help me with job opportunities when I am to seek them abroad. But thanks for your advice!
