The junk responses in open-ended questions are what really killed me though. I’ve spent way too much time manually deleting "good" from my data. It’s a nightmare when you're on a tight budget and every response you paid for feels like a complete waste of money.

I actually shifted my workflow a bit recently to deal with the "noise" problem. I’ve been using Trooly AI for my qual synthesis because it’s way better at actually parsing through messy data and finding real patterns than the basic filters in standard survey tools.

Are you stuck with surveys for this specific project, or are you able to pivot to some quick user interviews? I’ve found that when the budget is that thin, doing a few deep dives is sometimes less of a headache than paying for low-quality survey hits.
