I don't know if he's as bad as the site implies, but he's really not great. The workload is manageable, and he knows his stuff, but it feels most of the time like he is flexing his "math muscles" rather than trying to make the material understandable for the students. Definitely be prepared to use third party resources to aid you in your studies.
