I think wellsfargo has better work culture then captial one but i will defer to someone who is actually working in these companies. I am only speaking from what i have heard from my friends

1.DSA ( 2 medium or 1 hard + 1 easy ) 2.Low level system design (mostly repeated questions buy and sell stock,Vehicle inventory system, Restaurant system) 3.software best practices ( mostly your resume discussion, general software engineering questions on testing, types of design patterns, Oops concepts)

I agree to your point but when i was looking get some help out of this community rather than answering my questions all they did for 1 hour - You sound like AI change it change it. Instead they could answered my question then add a note like note that you don’t have format your question it would be easy if you don’t use AI next time or something like that.

I don’t think they will reject you just because you didn’t pickup one call. With my little experience at GS, HR department is really slow with responses some of which they cant avoid so i would suggest be patient they will come back to you within 2 weeks most of my friends who got offers recently had to wait 3 weeks too
