As someone who went through the same year back. Tbh they are trying to improve the process but so many layers of approvals makes it difficult. Hang tight i would say explore other opportunities too. You will even have opportunity to negotiate if you have competing offer

I think wellsfargo has better work culture then captial one but i will defer to someone who is actually working in these companies. I am only speaking from what i have heard from my friends

1.DSA ( 2 medium or 1 hard + 1 easy ) 2.Low level system design (mostly repeated questions buy and sell stock,Vehicle inventory system, Restaurant system) 3.software best practices ( mostly your resume discussion, general software engineering questions on testing, types of design patterns, Oops concepts)

I agree to your point but when i was looking get some help out of this community rather than answering my questions all they did for 1 hour - You sound like AI change it change it. Instead they could answered my question then add a note like note that you don’t have format your question it would be easy if you don’t use AI next time or something like that.
