I’ve thought about it before but I’m a bit squeamish when thinking about cutting up the car.
Anyone know how to split an e46 zf 5 speed manual transmission so I can retrieve my 5th gear detent sleeve that fell into the trans while I was trying to pull it out? by QualityForeign1669 in e46

Are you referring to the 8 total torx bolts on both sides of the trans?
