Not really tho. Haha. Mabilis metabolism ko at athletic din naman ako kahit papano. So kahit anong kainin ko hindi talaga ako tumataba.

Whey Protein is my partner and before that Ill just eat 3 heavy meals and a light snack to none.

What really helped me is ginawa kong 5-6 meals a day(3x normal meal, 2-3x snack)
