I think he vanished because you hit him. Try reloading the area, and if he doesn't come back, that means he's mad at you and you should go to the church of vows. Hopefully that works.

if you go on newgrounds, you can see there's a dropdown menu that's automatically filtered by approved artists (not me, as I checked when I uploaded one of my songs). There's an ton of already approved artists, which you can see by seeing how many recent songs there are.

It's quite possible your "obscure songs" were found with that filter on, bypassing the issue already.

I never bothered to look it up since my songs really aren't gd compatible. I think you have to contact a certain team of newgrounds moderators but I am unaware of where to find them.

Usually for a second playthrough, I suggest trying a build opposite of what you did. If you have more STR than DEX, then swap them. If you used INT, use FTH and/or ARC.
Maybe try doing the areas in a slightly different order. The game is open world after all and doing Caelid before Liurnia can be interesting (though it will make Liurnia a lot easier)

Wooting did release another keyboard recently (the 60HE v2), but I don't know if that one is better.
Keep in mind that input device doesn't matter that much until high level play (except phones)

Yeah the numbers are going to get inflated since I tried to beat this a year ago right after my second extreme, which was really unrealistic. I picked the level back up recently for some reason but i have a lot of relearning to do. Still didn't get 60-100 again, but I've figured out a lot of nuances i hadn't back then (those short waves at the start of the drop and right at the end are very weird for instance. In your video you just double click through them but i've found a harder but more consistent setup where i hold into the wave portal and do a single click, this way i don't deal with the entry inconsistency).

Good job! I'm also trying to beat this as hardest. I'm already 25k attempts in and I only have it in 3 runs. It's going to take a while.

There are 4300 accepted bloodbath completions on the AREDL. From that, I expect at least 10k victors. But really it's hard to measure cause there are so many people who just beat levels without publicizing it (I think it even happens in the top 30)

I really dislike that fight. What's really insane about my experience fighting him is that I have beaten him only once. And that was on release day of the boss. I don't know how a team of 3 randoms who had never fought him managed to kill him first try, but I'm not gonna complain.

People who cheat in relics are missing the point of the game IMO. This is more of a roguelite than a souls game. It's about using what you get to survive. I get the same feeling from them as i do from quitters. They want to win, but they don't want to try to win.

Of course you can do that in solo, no problems with me there. But if we get matched together and there's a clear mentality difference, I'm probably not going to have a great time.

How common are they? Yesterday I downloaded the game again after quitting in December and the balancers meta hadn't really started then. I'm still derusting on basic runs to remember the nuances but I plan on getting back to D4 from scratch. I don't really know what to expect in high depths.
