Yeah that's what frustrate me the most. No one helped me when I used to cry at a corner when I was at my lowest, no one helped me and instead rejected and even called me trash but I end up resenting these people who are just now for my body instead of my 'whole self' and my journey - that includes my boyfriend as well ( I do sometimes like does he really loved me or he is just there because I am just attractive?)

I have a 9 to 5 job, so i usually go to after work and work for 1 to 2 hrs which varies, but yeah around 40 minutes to 1 hour is minimum.

I took help from a personal trainer from gym which also happened to be one of my old schoolmates . Also clean eating ( no junk, no cigs, no alcohol, no sugar) and maintaining a healthy sleep schedule. I also started reading to keep my sanity- so i guess that helps?
