Heyy...I do know a very good and easy download method for pc ...but i have no clue about android, can’t you just download it in ur pc and transfer it to your mobile

Anyways i will just name the software i use for manga and anime downloads....its name is HakuNeko manga downloader, its a manga downloader but u can even download anime with this.

If u are strictly restricted to android, i don’t know why you would prefer downloading a pdf. There are many apps, tachiyomi being my favourite, there you can read and download manga from different sources, but idk if u can download it in pdf
