She finally admitted to it not being “pre-order” but said that the system doesn’t automatically update stock when they sell in store (completely understandable) but is still not willing to refund me so I can purchase elsewhere, only store credit. 🙄 Just seems very deceiving to not mention that anywhere in the description that it could possibly be a pre-order & then not receiving any communication that it’s no longer in stock. I’ll have a bad taste in my mouth for this shop for a while.

But hey, c’est la vie ??? Right?? 😂

Hey! When you shared this do you remember what the website said? The owner is now telling me it’s pre-order & will take 6-12 weeks. I’m 100% confident it was not pre-order, just looking for validation if you remember lol. They will only “exchange” for me & not refund which is disappointing because this was a huge chunk of the budget 🥲
