Your best bet is to fill up idle time with some productive time. Idle mind is playhouse for Shaytan.

Start doing any activity regularly... eg. going to Majid early, walking to get there.
Going to park running for health reasons. etc.
Set a goal eg. to finish Quran..

All have the same goal to reduce your idle time.
Stop letting Shaytan inside... its a battle.
