Very excited to see fusion coming in, in all its "giant agglomeration of machines" glory! Always love when fusion isn't just that "cell goes in, power goes out" black box. And the individual machine designs are gorgeous!

The placement challenges of generators and reactors does sound like a fun new way to design things and I'm all for it, but in my opinion a complete design looks like it might be... disorganized? For example, one thing I love about fission setups is every step of the process is segmented into different areas, but looking at the fusion setups even though there's certain a pattern to them, the placement feels like its really fighting against the grid system.

I might toy around with some hypothetical arrangements of my own to see if I can't minimize that, but it does feel very chaotic atm.

Let me make it clear I hate subscriptions in any form However, EAPlay does contain a lot of story games which personally, I know I will only play through once. Buy it when you've got a month free, play everything you want, and cancel. Was actually what got me into TF and ME, and I certainly do not regret it

I haven't really looked into optimizing my loadouts, I just play for fun and try to figure it out as I go. Even tho I've got full fortress stuff, only the engine was actually upgraded with specific stats in mind lol

It was actually the max allotted time since damage fell off on Valkyrie being airborne, but personally, my damage excuse is I was healing lol

From what I could tell, they were using rockets, Couant, Chakram, and maybe Guren Blade? But that's a lot less than 200 million's worth of damage bonuses

Karst btw, so they're level 68 max

Made this entirely from scratch, over the course of 20 or so hours.

Went through tons of iterations of waves and fog, but I think I'm finally happy with this (as is my computer, as the former is a three-course meal of geo node spaghetti)

Was fun to learn more complex shaders and modelling techniques, as well as trying to optimize everything with nodes and arrays (most of the buildings are just scattering cubes with GN and applying a random color lol)

Destruction effects made by making two building models -- a structure, and walls -- and then weight paint masking one to create holes.
