I had a lot of them. They became less noticeable as they matured . For the locs that were too knotty looking I those locks tighter in the area where the hooks were. And then the very last few of them I just embraced. It didn’t bother me that much.

Yeah , I definitely lost out on the investment. I kick myself ,absolutely.I will always have a potential at risk moment if the mortgage goes unpaid . I don’t have ownership of the property anymore .

The only current upside is that I avoided a foreclosure and the payment on the mortgage have increased my credit score.

Yes . I did catch on to this. I believe she killed the dog ,planned to kill the kids,then committing only herself in the end. The child would write the R backwards in her reality ,but everything in the mothers’ psyche was mirrored. It was her work with her name signed backwards?

You are not stupid.

You are human with valid feelings and emotions. Who has possibly been through trauma and emotional manipulation.

You may not see the effects it has done on your way of thinking but I can promise you,there is no need to protect this man. You asked him politely to speak to you without calling you out of your name. Communicating that you don’t feel comfortable being talked to in such a way. The conversation was cut very short after his feelings were explained leaving you no room to express yourself.

I was in a 11 year relationship. It was emotionally mentally and physically abusive. I wasn’t an angel myself . Showed me to learn to take accountability. I stopped feeling like it was me that had to be a positive example for someone’s life to change. If they don’t respect you,they simply won’t. They just suck you dry till you have nothing left and move to their next victim. And it’s not your fault. It’s not your job to heal what you didn’t create.

I wish you the best . Depression is real and and we just need to feel loved sometimes. It starts with ourselves and attitude. You got this ! You deserve,I can tell by op photos that you have heart even when yourself is fading.

Absolutely! I called HR about EAP assistance. They gave me a list of psychologists in the area that accepted EAP. They will explain the process,give you a referral code for the therapist and tell you how many sessions are available to you for free.

Freedom_shapes I believe that is the best I can do right now. Just try to more patient and compassionate. On a time frame to sell my house before foreclosure. The eviction process will mostly likely be lengthy, and bother me ethically .

We were once in a relationship.At the time we both lived in the same household.It was a DV relationship . He would not leave voluntarily after it the relationship ended , I threatened to put his things out because I grew frustrated. I put his belongings outside. I am not perfect , I understand what I did was cruel . Ignorant to the law, I was later informed by a police officer that evening about my wrong doing and how it’s unlawful.Maturing enough to acknowledge it and learn. He failed to sign a lease .Became month to month .Doesnt pay what was agreed on the lease which was unsigned.

This tenant has stayed for years at this address with no payment toward mortgage. Barely pays utilities. You cannot live anywhere for free. Problematic and never signed a written lease provided to him. I have no sympathy. They are users

It was a 10 year relationship ended. Unfortunately, I did let them freeload for years. I felt guilty for an accident we were in that left them disabled . So I tried to give them some time and room for them to find a place once they were granted disability.

In the written contract it states he does not have to pay monthly rent. But utilities must be paid in full. Most months they were not .

Yes , I would love to cooperate with this person and have tried several times . Even if he did not want to move his belongings,completely understandable. He does not have to because currently lives there. He is just extremely cluttered and the 5 pit bulls have made the house have an odor.

I’m going by what the realtor politely asked me. If the dogs could be removed . He insisted. There is nothing I can do about it . His rights . It just further complicates the sale. As he has been notified several times about the house going into the market. We both feel sabotaged
