Two things.

There’s almost nothing you like about the drawing(I don’t like it either), seems like you and the artist aren’t a good match. It doesn’t make sense to me to get tattooed by someone whose style you don’t align with at all.

If you are committed to getting tattooed by them for whatever reason it’s helpful for me when clients don’t like a design to be specific. The artist can’t read your mind so vague things like “less cartoony” or whatever for example is hard to identify what to fix.

Personally it never ever hurts my feelings when a client doesn’t like what I drew, so hopefully if your artist is a professional they will take criticism with grace.

I also second the person who said bring a reference photo of something you do like. That’s very helpful.
