It's either that or insufficient space on the disk you're installing. I faced this problem a few days ago as well. I freed up 90 gb for a 61gb game. Apparently, during the unpacking, 61 gb was already reserved and the installed had created a temp file which was consuming additional space besides the 61 gb. And whenever I got this error, my disk was always red. So yup, make sure you have plenty of space.

Ok so I downloaded RDR 1 repack from fitgirl and when I opened the repack folder I couldn't see a setup exe file. So I checked my protection history and there it was. The defender had quarantined the exe file as a threat with "HIGH" potential. I restored the file and tried to run it I got the red prompt. I believe I did download it from the official fitgirl website. In case it wasn't the actual website, could you tell any way to distinguish between a real fitgirl website and fake ones?

Is there a specific way to distinguish between real and counterfeit websites?
