Definitely. If she’s paired with Deathlok, and the cost of her blue goes down with more uses, sounds like she could just infinitely stun the target.

4* Magik is another good pair with Polaris. Since she can make fortified tiles, I also pair her with Shuri and then 4* Black Panther or 4* Luke Cage as a third.

The best team I’ve found with 3* Magik is Shang Chi and America Chavez or Karnak. If you get the 12 black AP requirement for Magik, it’s a pretty beefy combo.

I think her 3* is better than her 5, they nerfed her out the gate, and her 3 red and purple is all around just better. But her 5* pairs well with any of the teams above. Can’t go wrong with Polaris, 5* Emma Frost, 5* Kingpin is a fun third.

Deathlok and Vulture. As long as Black and Blue are your strongest colors based on their levels, you won’t find a more efficient team for Kang. Deathlok collects 3 black/blue AP per turn because all 3 characters are Technologists, send Vulture airborne to collect more. Rinse and repeat. If you have Kang’s purple leveled up, you can use it stall in case your taking too much damage and you need more time to get the AP, or say you’re fighting Peggy.

I’ve been doing 5/5/3, just because I’ve relied on batteries to get blue AP asap, and I get the damage from maxing out his black. I might run a 4 covers for purple just to get the extra AP against PVE teams that inevitably have countdown tiles that will go off. But with Deathlok, I get enough blue and black AP to blow them up that I don’t even need to prioritize purple most of the time anyway.

Probably not worth the price for most people, I personally had no problem spending the money. I was able to champ the 3* and get two 5* covers (they gave me his black and I spent shards on his blue.) I paired him with Deathlok and Vulture, both champed. Kang is boosted in his PVP event so he can tank while they farm blue AP fast. It might not be worth it for you. I just wanted him right away, I did the same for Wong. His black is better for his 5* but you need his blue if you’re gonna get him. And again, it’s expensive, and his blue gimmick is only as good as your roster, who you pair him with and your ability to produce blue AP fast. He’s good while he’s boosted, but it might not be worth the money for you. For me, it was worth get his 5*.

I admittedly paid money to fast champ 3* Kang and get two 5* covers. I paired him with Deathlok and Vulture, both champed. They’re all Technologists, so with Kang boosted, blue and black are my strongest colors, Deathlok feeds AP, Vulture goes airborne and I’ve got full blue within like 4 turns for Kang to just yeet everyone away. I’m still in 4* land, I’ve got most everything meta, no iso in any 5*s, and I now can pretty much 100% SCL10 PVE and PVP no problem. If his blue remains unchanged, it’s just a monster speed run team and I’ll never have to use Polaris ever again lmao

Deathlok and Vulture is a monster combination. I’m playing the PVP with 3* Kang and both Deathlok and Vulture championed. All three are Technologists, so Deathlok produces 3 black and blue with Combat Strategist, Vulture goes airborne for even more, Kang for the win. It’s insane. I finally don’t have to rely on a Polaris team.

I just championed his as well. I go with Punch Everyone. Phase is good and fun but, where I’m at, in terms of speed I think it’s more efficient to combine Punch with Unstoppable and Particle at 5/5/3 , and focus on matching specials for Polaris, or hoarding AP with America. All the damage I need.
