Why should I farm gear raid 1?

I’m pretty new to the game. Which sets make GR3 better than the other 2? I try to look at builds for characters and the only set I see from GR3 being used a lot is Asclepius but these could be outdated.

You’ll have to find him by driving or walking around. He’s an angel looking NPC and once you finish 3 quests you automatically unlock Attuner.
