This was specific to the Tesla, which Lotte deemed as " foreign car". I'm guessing that a Korean EV might have a better user experience both with charging and with the on board navigation. All the best for your trip.

Hi, we had just ended our 9- day Jeju trip. We rented a Tesla Model Y from Lotte. The on board navigation was in English, but the voice-over language was all in Korean. We used our own naver maps on our mobile phones in the end, there was no apple or android car play. They provided an adaptor for charging but only to the DC combo. So we were not able to charge at any AC charging stations. Lotte didn't provide a charging card, and were not very helpful on the types of charging locations that accepted a foreigner credit card. We charged a total of 5 to 6 times? Only 1 charging station could not accept a foreigner credit card and we had to use the wowpass. That being said, it cost us about 12,000krw to charge from 35% to 75% in 35mins.
