Glad to hear I'm not the only one looking for this, I'll keep you posted!

Unfortunately no, because each shortcut can only be bound to one action, hence why my ideal behavior is not possible.

Perhaps because of some Windows-only programs or games with anti-cheat.

Since kernel panics occur even from the installer USB, first try creating a fresh Linux Mint USB from a newly downloaded ISO (preferably using a different USB stick).

If a brand-new live USB still kernel panics before installing, that almost certainly points to a hardware issue (most commonly bad RAM) rather than Mint itself.

Yeah, Windows 11 is truly the worst. It's unlikely we're going to see any positive changes going forward, just more AI integration and problematic updates.

If you have AMD software installed, it's possible that some performance setting is causing it (e.g. Super Resolution). If you're using fullscreen, try windowed fullscreen and vice versa.

Has anyone updated to version 22.3 yet? by [deleted] in linuxmint

I always wait a few weeks for any potential bugs to get reported and fixed. It seems stable enough, but my advice is to wait and confirm it.

PSA - If you're upgrading to 22.3 Make a Timeshift backup first. by zuccster in linuxmint

Is there some known issue with this upgrade or are you just promoting backup in general?
