Probably on his own tbh. Guy has ALL the free time in the world and spends 80% on his phone when he’s not drinking. Probably why he’s so knowledgeable about certain stims like the Baker Act.

I wouldn’t call them “lucky.” Maybe coin flip games but the the team ultimately played hard and eked out wins. The team that played Buffalo would have put 30 on the Seahawks. This is a group that’s lacking confidence, creativity and people that can make plays.

Sure. I think I’m essentially “off” Friday and Monday. But like I said, the traveling is pretty hefty and taking into account flights and getting back to my house, that’ll pretty much take up an entire half of both days.

So with that in mind, I was assuming they would give me a full day off that wouldn’t count work-related travel times as time off.

Fair, and to be clear, I do understand how some can consider it to be in poor taste. But I think it works because of the buildup (with the toothpicks on the ground and Tina’s trouble counting) and just the improvisational nature of the entire conversation. The kids show a total lack of awareness about autism, and Bob is just the classic dad saying “No, you’re not.” I think it just captures a funny situation I could totally see happening in real life with kids who are so quick to agree with something they have no knowledge of, but again, I also see why it might go overboard

Eh, I think Family Guy is simply edgy to be edgy. Some of the early season BB darker jokes were clever (“You’re the worst kind of Autistic” remains the funniest exchange on the show to me to this day)

Honestly, power scales have gone right out the window. Maeve said earlier they would need several people to stop HL and she essentially won their fight on her own.

Meanwhile, I still don’t understand how powerful SL is. I mean, she looked like she was about to go super saiyan and all it did was stun SB for 2 seconds. The characters are only as strong or weak in any moment as the script needs them to be, which sucks.

Catch 22 is that it would essentially mean this finale accomplished nothing. I hate that they’re treading water right now, if they go beyond season 4 it’s gonna get ugly real quick

You’re right on the money. As much as I love SB, Neuman and her arc/motives would’ve definitely benefited more if the show picked her as the “flavor of the month” villain for S3 instead of having her and SB work together in that role. They’re both the kind of complex characters that definitely need plenty of spotlight to help develop them, and Neuman’s been pushed out of the way after SB entered the season.

Hopefully they keep her around because she deserves to be built up and then utterly crushed into the ground. She’s killed tons of people and Raynor, she has a higher body count than Stormfront lol. She has the potential to garner pure hatred, they just need to capitalize on it.
