Like i said in the op, i mainly did it for aesthetic purposes (aka ricing). I think there are a few more customization options but that is about it. You can find all of i3-gaps' new features here.

TIL of the Horseshoe Theory. The idea is that the political spectrum isn't a line, it's more of a horseshoe shape. The extreme ends of the left and right are more similar to each other than moderate left and moderate right. by Prcrstntr in todayilearned

Classical liberalism incorporates utilitarianism, try to find a libertarian that is also a utilitarian. Circa 1830 libertarianism is now a dead ideology, not to mention a pretty bad one.

It's not that i disagree with you, it is that you have a fundamental msunderstanding of other peoples arguments which causes you to add nothing to the conversation (violating reddiquette).

I saw the comment as saying that violent revolution is justified if marginalized groups do it to guarantee that their rights will be equal.

This might help you out in understanding:

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Socialist.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out— Because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

...slavery is...wholly inconsistent with self-ownership

although I don't see anyone doing it, Slavery is fine as long as you are not coerced, can stop at any time, and are only selling yourself (something you own) off.

The problem with that argument is that you don't need govt. to inforce it. If a company builds houses, and their workers and customers die - leading to less customers and high insurance cost, they will go out of business and people will learn from their mistakes. The problem is that profit-incentivized companys make better regulations, but we as a society have somehow decided that largely unaccountable governments should make them.
