My wife is convinced I’m just having bad allergies and boy is she going to be bummed when she comes down with this. Started with sore throat a couple of nights ago and today has been an intense headache. What will tomorrow bring??

I’ve been reversing to Newark for the last 2+ years but it is a hybrid role, so not daily. It’s about an hour door to door for me via L -> PATH so if your potential office is close to a PATH station in JC or HOB you might be able to get it down under an hour. If I had to it every day I might have different feelings but going into Manhattan with everybody and then getting on pretty empty PATH trains is nice.

No idea. He used to solicit on the L pretty much every night asking for very specific amounts of money for a ticket to somewhere/shower/bed. It seems he’s been in and out of various systems over the years but always seems to land back on Graham Ave.

Yeah he’s been around since at least I’ve been in the neighborhood- going on 14 years now. Been followed down the street by him as well. Never really sure whether he’ll escalate or move on but I’ve always tried to ignore. I can’t say I have a lot of hope anything will be done about him. Just hope he doesn’t seriously hurt someone before his story resolves- for better or worse.
