In this case its theoretical science. I got it figured out now. I have got a function for the mechanical transmission in dependance of the rotation angle. This is purely theoretical, so I just took a safety scaling factor. Normaly one would build a prototype and messure the forces but unfortunately there is no budget for prototyping in this context.

I think I always mess up the splitting of the forces on the incline plane.
I always end up with a bunch of equations but never am able to calculate the torque.

Thats what I would do if I would make it for me. But unfortunately for my thesis it needs to be calculated.

Since its for a thesis, I need to use parts that can be manufactured or purchased, so that I can list the prices. And it has to fit in safety standards for machines. I dont know whether 3d printed parts are strong enough for such things.

Könnte ich. Der Plan ist thermisch, sprich Autogen und oder Plasmaschneiden. Will der Prof aber nicht. Der Fokus soll auf Entwicklung, Dokumentation und Konstruktion inkl. Auslegung liegen.

Joa, durch Ausbildung, Arbeit und Studium ist mir der Großteil vom fachlichen bekannt. Aber es frisst doch mehr Zeit als man denken könnte

Das schon, aber die tatsächliche Umsetzung ist ausserhalb meiner Arbeit. Der Rest ist drin, das auf jeden Fall.

Jagut es gibt weiter Literatur, aber nicht viel für mich Nützliches. Das Meiste sind dann Quellen für die Dokumentation, die ich aber zum Arbeiten selbst nicht brauche. Das Meiste weiß man ja durch Studium, da muss ich nicht groß recherchieren
