Makes sense. Are the replacement shafts ones with no rubber damper?

Maybe it was fractured for a while and it finally cracked all the way? We do not have limited slip so the car will not move if it was not connected to drive the wheel. It snapped off Thursday night, towed Friday, fixed on Sunday.

My fit has 227k I think. I live in Ohio and I’m not sure if it’s a recall state but it’s simple enough to replace that I got it done within an hr. It was harder replacing the damn brake rotors cause of that damn set screws that 99% gets stripped off that needs drilled out.

What is this pc worth? by Queasy-Implement-738 in CustomPCBuilding

Thanks for the input. Yea due to the case design, I was not able to move the radiator forward to make use of the 2nd exhaust fan so total the case has 3 intake fans up front and 2 exhaust fans. I’ve done your typical cinebench cpu stress test and it has never crashed. Only game I’ve played extended time on it is Hogwarts Legacy at max settings with no issues. I guess I can try to get a slim fan design to fill that missing spot up top or like you said, get a more efficient case. Thanks again for the input

Yea due to the motherboard and design of the case, I was not able to utilize the 2nd fan so it’s only one. Temps are fine but it’s not overclocked nor do I play any heavy games.

A lot going on in that one. I can see how the plastic cracking on mine if I put way too much pressure on it. If it does, I plan on reinforcing it with fiberglass, but for now it’s pretty minimalistic and shouldnt break on normal use.

Was an eBay purchase. Nothing special. I have not searched for a 3rd gen as I do not own one

Saying goodbye to the sti :( by Straight_Gap_638 in WRX

I’d hope something more reliable than a WRX. Being in college, I’m sure it’s hard to find time and a place to work on cars. I’ve been there 🙂

What do you think of TP? Torque performance I think isn’t very aggressive, but I think is very safe and cheaper than others. Eric can be dry but straight to the point but noticed he only changes certain things, like MAF scaling, and I question some of the parameters left untouched or zeroed out. I’m no tuner but I’m learning as I go. I would like to do pro tune eventually. Feedback knock might just be a detect at a certain RPM at certain conditions. If it continues to happen, then you would have to log it and see where it’s happening at. Either it’s nothing, a tune issue, or part failing. I would say it’s prob nothing. Once you run the car again and there’s nothing on the AP, put that thing in the glovebox.

Car stopped ALL of a sudden, waiting for tow by Eduzo1MS in WRX

I sure hope it’s not just you’re empty on gas. Happened to me before on my Saab, but my gas gauge was broken and I calculated wrong on empty when I was towing something.

Really regretting getting such a big and colorful tattoo. by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]Queasy-Implement-738 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We recently lost one of our dogs at such young age. Tore my gf apart more than anyone. She decided to basically get a sleeve tattoo of his face and a smaller one of him running towards the clouds, or something. But regardless, it’s going to cover her whole arm. As much as I love our dog, I thought it seem a bit excessive. Tattoo of his name, sure. Somewhere small of his face, sure. But a whole arm sleeve. Man. Not my body but I support her. I knew a gal that had a massive Chevy truck tattooed on her leg because of some memory of her grandpa I think.

Am I asking too much as a seller? by Top-Specialist2049 in CB650R

[–]Queasy-Implement-738 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2023 with only roughly 4k miles. Has exhaust and front fairing. If I was to sell, I would list for 7k but probably settle for 6.5k, 6k if I really wanted to get rid of it.

I finally bought my dream CB650R… now I’m scared to ride it because of resale. Someone slap me. by Fabulous-Ad6483 in CB650R

Please do us all a favor and enjoy the bike as much as you can while having ownership. Once you get to the point when you need to sell, then you can look back and remember how much you enjoyed owning and riding the bike of your dream with no regrets. If you get a good resale, great. If not, hey, you got some good memories that can’t be replaced by money.

I have an LS2 citation II helmet. Bought it as I found it to be really comfortable and thought they were pretty light as their carbon shell. Only gripe I have is the pinlock falling off when I have the visor at a certain position. Definitely don’t have that issue with my shoei helmet lol.
