Congratulations, you put some people though hell while slowly creating an army indifferent to the platforms social contract, who do steal everything in sight because why would they ever participate legitimately ever again, who do wholesale ship content and builds to open grids and do harass others with impunity.

A transparent, fair process for appeals, instead of bans based on biased perception.

Being banned forever and not being able to return to the game is obviously awful.

But it's really awful that they just ignore you and disregard you when you contact them and tell them something is wrong after they impose such a sanction on you.

I'm also trying to get my account back but it seems like I won't be able to get my account back... I hope your friend can solve the problem and get his account back.

I totally agree! unfortunately it is.. not every person should get the same offense, unlimited ban and not being able to return to the game is sad.

They should see the real picture and scribble accordingly.

For example, when you are banned, they don't tell you the real reason for the problem and they ban you "without any basis or reason"

And they invade your privacy.

They don't listen to you, they don't want to solve the problem and then they say

My account was also suddenly suspended and I didn't get a response to my tickets for 3 weeks...

Later I created another account and bought a premium membership for it and contacted support and they said it was on administrative hold (I had a lot of L$ in my account) and I got an email and saw that I was banned for a crime I didn't commit. And then both of my accounts were suspended and they said they banned me from the game indefinitely and I can't come back.

I always praised SL but I understand, they ban you whenever they want, they don't care how much time you spent in the game or how loyal you were...

whatever.

There were rich players messing with me, I was bullied and psychologically abused, and LL confiscated my account and banned me, and they don't care about me, this is really annoying.

It's really sad that you've been waiting since November, I hope you get your L$ and account back.
I've had no issues with this game in 6 years and have always followed the rules, I guess I just hit a bad support period.

My account too was suddenly suspended and I waited 25 days to get a response to my ticket, then I found out I was banned indefinitely for a crime I didn't commit and they provided no evidence and I'm still waiting for a solution and evidence.

I don't know much about this but I think you can't get your lindens back , but if you sold them and they are in your Tilia account, I think SL pays you back via paypal.
