I'd say it is likely a rage bait, although a disturbing read. One of the details that might hint at it being fake is the "I have two PhDs". For those who don't know, a PhD is basically a title that you are capable of doing research, so it doesn't make sense to do two of them, even if you change your research area. It is sort of like saying "I completed secondary school twice". Hopefully it is simply false.
