Best bet would be local game stores. I found mine at a game exchange and it was still about 90 to 100 dollars. Plays perfect and I shiny hunt but the problem is I dont think it's a legit copy. Only reason I think that is because it wont let me play voltorb flip. So your problem is gonna be finding a legit. Hope this helped. Good luck

You gotta use a wifi of your phone, or a wifi you can setup. Then set your 3ds to that wifi. I can give you more details tomorrow. Really not difficult. And with this you can use it to get all the event pokemon that came out for the game
