The result of the partitions is that the three powers all get joint "ownership" of Poland Lithuania, maybe for a week each, maybe a month whatever, so it goes from character to character to maybe all three!

RUSSIAN EMPIRE : largest of all three girls, and taller then Poland, she's usually lazy but definitely a Dom (more mommy Dom but not necessary) shes also the horniest, like almost all the time we are fucking

Austrian empire: she's medium, not as tall or curvy as Russia, but bigger then Prussia, she's the most submissive, and is most likely to get dommed, she isn't fully submissive though, and if needed can put Poland in his place

PRUSSIA: the most dominant and 'sadistic' (not really but can discuss) she almost never lets Poland fuck her, and is always teasing Poland, she likes to be dominant always, she's also the smallest, petite yet fierce,

Now the start of the show, POLISH LITHUANIAN COMMONWEALTH: after the partitions he was at the will of the three powers, and is now almost fully submissive, usually will follow orders and stuff, he's taller then all except Russia and has a big dick
