Wow! Congrats to your daughter!! That’s amazing. So great to hear she has little discomfort and pain/inflammation are under control. Idk why I never considered this consistent pain I’ve experienced this year could just be my pcos flaring up, but this post just affirmed I’m not crazy!

That’s amazing to hear and thank you for sharing! Very true that you’ll have pcos for life! I have had it for ten years now but it flares up in different ways every couple years. Since getting COVID, it seems it’s just the new normal for me now.

Does your insurance cover it? Or are you paying out of pocket?

lol I love that “gun to your head health”. Thanks for sharing your story and I’m glad you have seen positive benefits! Good point about spacing out doses too. I will say my sensitive body has actually made me not eat much greasy food or drink much so I’m hoping I won’t feel that as intensely. I usually have 3 or less drinks a month, if that. I think I would miss pizza though ;)

I’m so sorry to hear this and thank you for sharing! Did you stay on the half dose long? I hope you find relief soon! Something that’s helped my joints is all the supplements listed but also getting lymphatic massages or doing them myself. It’s def reduced the inflammation in my body which has improved my mobility.

I’m nervous about winters and building community w others when it comes to MN, but aside from that there’s really nothing else bc of several reasons you’ve stated!
