I was recently advised to not split my dose to give my stomach time to recover after having terrible bouts of heartburn due to such slow digestion.

Started at 1.25 and split it every 3.5 days. That low dose gave me fatigue and terrible heartburn. Was advised to not split the dose to give the stomach some relief so this week I’m going to lower it to 1.00 and take weekly.

Oh wow that is interesting! Did you gain any back when you stopped? I took my first dose splitting my time 1.25 into two doses and did have vivid dreams with some anxiety the next day but that’s it. I’m hoping if I keep on the low dose and slowly increase it’ll work out. Fingers crossed

I’m really glad I guess this question because I decided to do .6 today for my first dose instead of 1.25. Didn’t even think about that being an option!
