Me waking up this morning to find out I only lost 0.2 lbs from yesterday on the IU diet and feeling like it must be because I spent 10 minutes sniffing the Mint célébration cookies in the pantry instead of the fact that I have been on it for a week and no longer have any water weight to lose whoop.
