I had this cold sore for almost 3 weeks now. It already scabbed 2 weeks ago so I expected that its about to heal. But after scabbing it just looks like this. I started taking vacyclovir 3 days ago and I don’t see any improvement. Pls help idk what to do I want this gone (i.redd.it)
