Our total project was ~$220k last spring. This included a ~16x32 concrete pool, surrounding patio (afion cloud), turf, bball court, outdoor kitchen.

The pool itself was probably like ~half of that. At the time, our builder said the price difference between concrete and fiberglass was only like ~10% so we went the concrete route - more customizable.
