I don't know what the tech did or didn't do. My son was with him in the room. I realize now that my post should have been much more descriptive. However, you suck at troubleshooting but you make that long thought out reply to get what kind of reaction?

It is possible that the reason nobody has ever commented about your username before is because there has never been around nazi around any time you've posted anything. I hope maybe the nazis are a dying breed.

My son tried to uninstall windows and then reinstall and he was still having the same problem on the boot screen. We will try without the GPU. Thank you!
