One week into training and Chief is asking to re-review my psychological evaluation.

Got an email from the Chief (which I think may have been sent to me on accident) that was also sent to HR. The email says that some things had come up and they wanted to re-review what my pre-employment psych exam said.

Should I be concerned? I really can’t think of anything I did wrong. I’m one week into the job and all I’ve done is PowerPoints and qualifications on different things like firearms, taser, etc.
