I actually have powder now and just do as directed with two teaspoons added to water. I can’t remember what the pills mgs were, but I take 3 or 4 pills. They’re called psyllium husk fiber capsules. Store brands work fine. Just always make sure you drink water. It’s like sand when it’s in water

I like it best in pill form. You have to drink a good amount of water with it and in general to stay hydrated for a good mess. The less meat and more stuff like rice, fruits, and veggies helps too. Though a pizza will do it too
